SHIPPING:
Our shipping policy is to have ALL orders processed and shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of receiving the order excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order is shipped. USPS SEASONAL HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS MAY BE EXPERIENCED. All orders are securely packaged and shipped in a box to help eliminate any damage during transit.
All US orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day).
All Canada orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail International (4-10 day).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Any item may be returned within 20 days for an exchange or refund of purchase price (excluding shipping costs). RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED AT TCH SIGN SHOPPE WITHIN 20 DAYS WITH ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP INTACT AND IN RE-STOCK CONDITION. Returned items must be shipped in a box to assure protection against damage during transit. Do not ship items in an envelope.
