IS THE INFORMATION I SUBMIT SECURE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our shipping policy is to have ALL orders processed and shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of receiving the order, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE I SUBMIT IT?
Once your order is submitted to the warehouse for shipping it cannot be canceled or changed. If you make a mistake on your order or wish to cancel it please contact us immediately at "service@tchsignshoppe.com" or via the "Ask seller a question" link on the item page. PLEASE PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER AND ITEM DESCRIPTION. We will do our best to accommodate you.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Any item may be returned within 20 days for an exchange or refund of purchase price. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED AT TCH SIGN SHOPPE WITHIN 20 DAYS WITH ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP INTACT AND IN RE-STOCK CONDITION. Returned items must be shipped in a box to assure protection against damage during transit. Do not ship items in an envelope. Contact us at "service@tchsignshoppe.com" for shipping instructions. HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are securely packaged and shipped in a sturdy box to help eliminate any damage during transit. All US orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day). All Canada orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail International (4-10 day).
