TCH Sign Shoppe and associates does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information including name, address, phone number, or email address. Information may be released to comply with the law, enforce site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Our shipping policy is to have ALL orders processed and shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of receiving the order, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is submitted to the warehouse for shipping it cannot be canceled or changed. Any item may be returned within 20 days for an exchange or refund of purchase price. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED AT TCH SIGN SHOPPE WITHIN 20 DAYS WITH ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP INTACT AND IN RE-STOCK CONDITION. Returned items must be shipped in a box to assure protection against damage during transit. Do not ship items in an envelope. Contact us at "service@tchsignshoppe.com" for shipping instructions. All orders are securely packaged and shipped in a sturdy box to help eliminate any damage during transit. All US orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day). All Canada orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail International (4-10 day).
